Specification of the ETN P25 hydraulic crimper
Mobile hydraulic hose crimper (independent clamping head) connected by a flexible wire with a separate hydraulic pump. The ETN P25 series head is characterized by exceptional suitability in situations when the cable is mounted in a complicated installation or interlaced inside a long, multi-element hose bundle.
Our press for hydraulic hoses and wires has very small dimensions of the crimping head, which allow the hose end to be fixed without disassembling it from the machine. The control system (micrometer + diode signaling when it reach the set diameter of the fitting) ensures correct and controlled insertion of the sleeve at the end of the wire.
Even when working in the field without any power sources, the ETN P25 performs its task as a hydraulic hose crimper in the event of a need for quick field repair. The cable connecting the pump to the P25 head is 2m length as standard, but can be extended to any length at the customer's request.
The crimping head was made of the highest quality materials. The executive elements were made of hardened steel (hardness 60-63 HRC), additionally the cylinder was covered with a layer of chrome which guarantees exemplary durability and precision of work.

Two-stage hand pump
An excellent solution for field work outside the workshop. Used for connecting with hydraulic working head.
Hydraulic air pump
Powered by compressed air. The perfect solution for low and medium intensity work in repair workshops or even in a small production environment, wherever compressed air is available with a working pressure of 4-10 bar.
Electric hydraulic pump powered by AC 220 V
It does not require any special electrical installation parameters. Equipped with a two-stage pump. The first stage - drive 2,5 Mpa 1,3l / min, the second stage - pressing 700 - 730 Mpa 0.23 l / min. This solution allows very fast drive of the crimping dies and precise solid pressing of the sleeve. A fast and reliable solution for small production environments, medium and large workshops.
